Powerplant Fault Diagnosis Technology Based On On-line Simulation

This dissertation deals with the powerplant fault diagnosis technique based on on-line simulation system .The disseration deals with a few keys in the process to realize the fault diagnosis combining with the project, " on-line simulation system in YIMIN powerplant " .The core section of " on-line simulation system" , SIMCOIN .support system is the fundation of fault diagnosis system .The operation condition identify technology is put forward. It can give the normal range for operating parameter under different operation condition from none malfunction sample copies. The system has alarm function when the operation condition belongs to one of sample copy and the value of operating parameter is out of normal range . It discovers the abnormallity in time when the unit operating , especially not obviously.The disseration discusses the concrete expression method of the the fault symptoms. It not only directly affect to the result of the diagnosis,but also it is a foundation of symptoms automatic extraction . It deals with the necessity of symptoms automatic extraction and its source and contents.The paper use malfunction tree because of various factors. The dissertation introduce the basic knowledge of malfuntion tree analyse techneque, and then give the basic method of modeling and development of fault diagnosis graphic automatical design tool.Finally a few of main malfunction in powerplant diagnosed by the system are illustrated by examples. It has been practically proved that the on-line parameter supervising and fault diagnosis systembased on "online simulation system" remind the operator of non-discoverable malfunction in advance and solve the problem for powerplant in deed.
