The Research For Management System Of Spot Inspection And Malfunction Diagnosis Of The Electric Power Equipment

As the equipment maintenance system and the analyzing malfunction technique of the electric power enterprise continues to deepen its reform, the traditional measure of spot inspection and analysis of malfunction cannot meet its demand any longer. The system is divided into spot inspection workstation, database and client software. The spot inspection workstation is responsible for collecting equipment condition data. The database is responsible for managing and maintaining the equipment condition data, malfunction diagnosis rule and matter. The client software is responsible for the presentation of the equipment condition data and the analysis of malfunction diagnosis. The system's scientific plan for the spot inspection and customizing repair realizes the scientific management of the personnel, equipment, time, circuit inspection period and malfunction analysis, and realizes the output of the report and the diagram. Furthermore, the paper stressed the discussing of the theory of equipment condition inspection and malfunction diagnosis analysis, and equipment worsening trend prediction, equipment operation condition analysis, and designed the equipment condition analysis model and the conditional index which could confirm the equipment operation condition, optimize circuit spot inspection period, and afford advanced technology and method of electric power enterprise equipment spot inspection and malfunction diagnosis analysis.
