In this paper, the environment, location and developmental situation of QingDao is studied to find out the primary factors that greatly influence the development of the city. The consanguineous relations between the factors is also been analyzed. Based on the background of globalization, both the city's direction of future development and proposal for the developmental frame of the city are offered with the analysis of the planning of seacoast.Firstly, the physiognomy, hydrometeorology and ocean climate of the city is introduced. In time domain, six stages of the city, namely the age of occupying by Germany, the first age of occupying by Japan, the age of governing under Guoming party, the second age of occupying by Japan, the age between revolution and reformation, the age after 1980s, are introduced to analyze the relationship between evolvement and development of the city.Secondly, industrial development is studied and discussed from the point of view of opening to the world. Since economic globalization, the coming of information age and serious competition bring the city opportunities and challenges, the industrial development and some problem such as_____ are brought forward.Thirdly, according to the industrial characteristic of the city, the primary factors that greatly influence the development of the city are found out. Subsequently, the main contradiction is studied.Fourthly, mathematical model is establish and conducted to analyze the development of tourism., By doing so, some proposals are offered.Finally, from the point of view of macro-planning, a systematic analysis of the development of the city is conducted to offer the proposal for the internationalization, the planning of seacoast and the direction of development of Qingdao.
