Research On Air Environment Influence Of Sustainable Development Urban Transport

Follow this, city traffics are more nervous day by day, aggravate urban traffic jam that difficult to control not merely, the noise and emissions are perplexing the working and living of the urbanite seriously, which restrict the normal operation of the urban life, and worsen the ecological environment of the city. This has already become modern city traffic contradiction of universality while developing. So, the question that the city traffic impact to environmental has already become a common difficult problem faced by urban evolution of countries all over the world.The urban environment, as the important factor of influencing city development, is an important factor of weighing the living standards of the people and life quality too, so, city traffic impacting level in environmental ought to become and appraise the important index of sustainable development. However, the relevant theories and technology of city traffic impacting to environmental in our country have been just at the starting stage. So, research to city traffic and interaction mechanism and concrete measure and regulation and control means to develop in harmony between the two of the urban environment, is important content of sustainable development, and is strong guarantee of realizing the goal of city traffic sustainable development, too.This paper has proceeded with sustainable development theory and studied interaction mechanism between the city traffic and urban environment, then carried out deeper research to the key factor, the motor vehicle emission factor, which reflect the degree of city traffic influence to environmental correctly, and have proposed discharging factor and calculating principle, concrete experimental design, data processing method. Based on the operating mode motor vehicle emission factor, the paper studied the calculation of discharging the characteristic, emission of emission of motor vehicle and prediction method in factor of discharge based on trends, finally, after analyzing the concrete conditions at present of our country, the paper advocate the comprehensive control measure of emission pollution of motor vehicle, which offer the most direct appraisal for improving the urban environment, optimizing the city traffic, promoting the sustainable development of city traffic, and gave some observe and control the means, implement sustainable development theory to practice, and realize urban road traffic system itself and continuation, coordination of natural environment, develop in a healthy way finally.
