The large-span prestressed concrete of the residential structure system is a brandnew form of residential structure, which is composed by a kind of prestressedconcrete-slab, odd shape columns(or odd shape column and shot-leg shear wall). Thiskind of structural system consists of three main components: unbonded prestressed slab,shear wall and odd shape column, and there are plenty of researches on each of themhome or broad. However, the comprehensive research on the whole structural system isreally rare. What's more, there is especially short of academic researches on regularityof reflecting earthquake and the seismic-resistance behavior.According to the unit of fiber model based on the finite element flexibility method,this paper have established a non-linear analyze model on the special-concrete structureof residential system. Through it I try to find out the regularity of reflecting earthquakeand the seismic resistance of this structural system. In order to achieve this goal, I dothe main works like follow:(1) The goal in this paper is based on the analysis of shell element, and I considerthe consumption that the stiffness of the floorboard plane is infinite. Through theadjustment on the width of equivalent beam to make the structure of equivalent framecorrespondent with the result of the shell analysis be able to achieve the smallest error.Then we obtained the parameters of equivalent frame. The feasibility of the proposedanalusis model is validated when compared with experimental results.(2)Selecting the controllable targets of limited value of axial compression,maximum floor displacement of structure in elastic phase, component seismic designand maximum floor displacement of structure in plastic phase, through the analysis ofelasticity, component design, design experience, working condition and other factors,this paper tries to find out the maximum height of this kind of structure can be available.As a result, to afford the reference data to the compilation of 《Guide of large-spanprestressed concrete residence structure design》.(3)Through this non-linear model and selecting proper seismic input we canestimate the seismic-resistance behavior of this structural system and the structurewhich strictly accorded with the code and procedure of design can achieve therequirement of 'no collapse in rare earthquake'.
