Optimization And Calculation Theory About One New Completely Assembling Steel Reinforced Concrete High-rise House

Residential construction is very broad in our country, and it concerns innumberable families. The traditional brick-mix structure house is washouting step by step, the new residential structural system emerges as the times require , and it becomes the hot point of the house research and development in our country. This paper has put forward a kind of new completely assembling steel reinforced concrete structure system of the high-rise house , when we looking back to the domestic and international progress of residential house, analyseing the merits and demerits of the residential structural system, and reviewing the residential present situation of our country. The characteristic of this new system lies in:(l)It gathers the advantanges of the whole steel structure, the reinforced concrete structure and the steel reinforced concretestructure, then it forms a new combination structural system.(2)Use the industrial waste-the coal gangue, for the first time imaging the steel reinforced lightweight gangue concrete column, as well as the steel reinforced lightweight gangue concrete column with no reinforced bar, and suggest that corresponding calculation theory.(3)Use the industrial waste-the coal gangue, creating the 4 series of the ALC board(external wall board, partition board,roof board and floor slab).(4) For the first time, the steel reinfocred concrete structure realized the completely assembling, and developed a series of standard element with its corresponding nodes.Want to realize this new residential structural system to be come true. This paper analyzes one 18-layer residential building with the SATWE, MTS and ANSYS. The result is not only this new residential system is feasible in technology, economic, but also it is appropriate in China.
