| In the completely assembling steel reinforced concrete residence structure system, when the column and beam are assembled, a lot of assembling nodes are produced in the node area, so the disposal of these nodes has influenced the speed of assembling.Followed the idea of the completely assembling steel reinforced concrete residence structure system, and based on the system of no reinforced steel reinforced concrete column-beam, an idea of completely assembling node is provided in this paper. The node assembles the scattered nodes in the structure system together, and then casts concrete through disposing the wire net slice. This method reduces the construction process, shortens the construction time limit for a project, and accelerates the process of assembling.In order to assembling, the standardized design principle of node is made. The standardized type of h-typed node and box node is designed by the principle. And the type of node which connects with column and beam is designed.According to the national current specification, in this paper the calculation methods and detaliing requirements is offered, which is fit for the completely assembling node and the connection with beam and column. And the complicated calculation method and detaliing requirements of the completely assemble node is programmed by Visual Basic computer language. Then the designing process of H-type steel node has been demonstrated by an example.The development of the completely assembling node has offered the technical support for the completely assembling steel reinforced concrete residence structure system. The procedure of the standardization completely assembling node offers the convenient design tool to designer, and can made the completely assembling node popularized better. |
