| With the development of China's industrialization, the steel residence were gradually move toward the market because of its advantage of fast construction, economy on energy, environmental protection, the technical and economic overall indexes, beautiful out-looking and anti-seismic capacity, while steel construction has the disadvantages of poor fire prevention, bad antiseptic performance and high the fabrication cost. And steel-concrete composite construction has been widely studied of the advantages entire steel structure, reinforced concrete structure, but there was a little research for the system of the completely assembling steel lightweight aggregate reinforced concrete house, as a part of a new system of domestic steel structure, the paper did the following work:First, described the current situation and its use of coal gangue,discussed the force performance of concrete with coal gangue in it as the aggregate.Second, reseached Structural requirements, force performance, and calculation Theory of steel lightweight gangue concrete column with no reinforcement in the completely assembling steel lightweight aggregate reinforced concrete house, by contrasting on the existing norms in China.Third, using ANSYS analysis software, builded finite element model of a steel lightweight gangue concrete column with no reinforcement and a steel reinforced lightweight gangue concrete column, compared the force process of the two, analysed the force performance of the steel lightweight gangue concrete column with no reinforcement.This paper did the simulation of a standardized column with no reinforce -ment which had a reference value on the following experiment, and offered the theoretical guidance for it applying on engineeering practice. |
