With the development of automatic technology in underground, the more requirements are raised to improve the continuity, reliability and security of underground power supply system. It is hence very important in theory and practice to develop the measuement and control system for high-voltage distribution device in underground. Referred to mature experience of microprocessor based on protective relay in electrical power system and material about microprocessor-based protection which is collected widely electrical distribution networks in underground, Micro-electronics and micro-computer technology is applied to protection and an intelligence way to apply to running of comprehensive machinery electrical equipment underground, which integrates protection, control, display, arrangement, auto-diagnosis and communication is gived in the thesis. The studying works are carried out as following:According to the actual situations in underground HV distribution networks, the characteristics of the electrical faults occured in the system are theoretically analyzed, and relevant protective principles and control strategies are proposed on the basis of national relative standards. Especially according to the present situation that neutral point grounded system through arc suppression coil are used in many supper big shaft, the selective leakage protective method based on harmonic direction of the zero sequence current as well as the value of zero sequence voltage is presented.A novel measuement and control system for high-voltage distribution device is developed based on the 80C196KB single-chip microprocessor. Electrical faults such as short, over-load, over-voltage, phase loss, and earth leakage can be automatically detected, and insulating resistance of the double screen cables is monitored on-line. The running condition and fault parameters can be displayed in turn with LCD. Such several functions as settlement of different protection parameter value, fault checking, testing etc can be finished by the keyboards. The long distance data can be exchanged between measuement and control system for high-voltage distribution device and upper-seat PC by RS-485 serial communication interface.In order to meet the demand of the calculation with higher real-time character and handle the result of AD convertion in time, the Fourier algorithm which is of high precision of data disposal, fast speed, strong anti-interference capability is adopted.The structured programming design method is applied in the whole system software, which makes debug and compile program very easily and conveniently. The monitoring program and function subroutines of the measurement and control system are designed.On the basis of the actual situations of underground 6kV distribution networks, the interference sources and features of interference signals in industrial environment are discussed. Anti-interference measures by use of hardware and software are taken to eliminate interference signals in this thesis. As a result the reliability and stability of the system has been greatly improved.It has been proved by the results of tests in the intelligents apparatus laboratory that the system can detect all the faults exactly, reliably and quickly, and execute the corresponding protection. At the same time, the friendly human-computer interface can save the time to identify the types of fault and get rid of the fault, which may improve the production efficiency.
