10kV distribution lines are the most widely distributed part of the power system,its main task is to make a reasonable distribution of power lines,but the load changes at any time,all kinds of fault line,either natural or man-made also may occur at any time.Timely and accurate understanding of the operation of the line and further decision-making is essential.The protection and control device is responsible for collecting all kinds of data and sending the collected data to the host,and also receiving the control commands from the host,and performing the corresponding operation.Therefore,the research of lOkV distribution line protection measurement and control device has important practical significance.This paper first introduces the protection principle of the line measurement and control device,and then analyzes the filtering algorithm of the protection and measurement device.In the transient process of the distribution line fault,the fault voltage and current are rich in transient noise,so the filter must be filtered out in the protection and measurement device.Among the many filtering algorithms,Fourier algorithm is widely used in line protection because of its good performance and relatively simple algorithm.But the Fourier algorithm can only filter the DC component and the whole harmonic component,and can not filter the decaying DC component.Therefore,the improvement of the Fourier algorithm is based on the compensation of the coefficients of the sine and cosine components of the decaying DC component to eliminate the influence of the decaying DC component on the Fourier algorithm.The simulation results show that the improved Fourier algorithm can filter the decaying DC component better.Secondly,the hardware circuit of the 10kV line measurement and control device is designed.According to the modular design idea,it is divided into circuit,switch input and output circuit,information transfer circuit and other main circuit modules.In the application of TMS320F28335 DSP chip as its core components,mainly related to its logic and function of effective control.The information transmission part uses the RS485 interface circuit as the control chip to realize the man-machine interface,the communication and so on.The power module uses TTs dual power chip TPS767D301,and provides the required power supply for each part of it through the switching power circuit.Finally,the software module provides protection and monitoring device,to achieve the main program design in CCS development environment,design and related routines,to ensure the protection and monitoring device can improve the protection of the normal action,stability.
