Recently, because people impertinently decorate buildings, use some architectural row materials and architectural decorating materials, indoor air quality gradually worsen and more and more people who work or live in modern building longer get Sick Building Symptom (SBS) and this seriously influences people's body and mind healths work efficiency. The article introduces some main contaminations and their harms, points out air-condition's ventilation and air distribution are two important factors that affect IAQ, analyses IAQ's evaluation standards and improving measures. Secondly, the author applies CFD numerical simulation software basis on k- ε two equations of turbulence flow theory, and simulates air temperature fields, velocity fields and co2 pollutant concentration in a room where pollutant source, centralized heatsource are laid out when the room applies four familiar ventilation projects—upper supply and exhaust, displacement ventilation upper supply and lower exhaust and ceiling diffuser. Finally, the author draws follow conclusions:1 , To the room model of this article laid out, the ventilation patterns of upper supply and exhaust, displacement ventilation upper supply and lower exhaust can all satisfy the standards of air-condition building comfort and indoor-air contaminations control, upper supply and exhaust pattern is the best one. Applying ceiling diffuser pattern, the pollutant concentration is far beyond the standards in the breathing zone.2, The temperature fields velocity field and pollutant concentration distribution are strongly influenced by the position of heat source and pollutant source and ventilation pattern. We must choose the best ventilation pattern according to the position of pollutant source and heat source, and get the reasonable and primary ventilation project by numerical simulation.3 , Usually, applying displacement ventilation, the change of temperature and velocity, pollutant concentration are lower in thebreathing zone, and we can get high air-quality. But when the position of heat source is lower or the pollutant source is situated in eddies zones, because of the eddies function, it is hard to remove the contamination, consequently ventilation efficiency is lower and the temperature and velocity aren't uniform and contamination concentration is relatively high in breathing zone. It doesn't appear the obvious temperature and contamination concentration grads In displacement ventilation pattern, the reason is the position of heat source and pollutant source and the room isn't enough high.
