Dynamic compensation technology is to take some special computing methods or increase compensating link to the system which is unsatisfied with the stationary-dynamic properties so as to achieve the goal of improving the system overall performance. The focal point of this research is concentrated on the dynamic properties compensating. This kind of method has practical value to improve the overall performance of the electro-hydraulic liquid servo system, especially its dynamic properties.This paper firstly do theoretical analyses toelectro-hydraulic position servo vibration system, establish its model and design correction link according to root locus method and frequency response method respectively. The result of the simulation to the designed correction link indicates that the electro-hydraulic position servo system has better dynamic performance after being corrected. Then the experimental model is identified using practical datum scaled by 1250Hz characteristic tester. On the basis of this model, the correction link is designed by root locus method and frequency response method respectively. The experimental result indicates the dynamic properties of the hydraulic position servo system are remarkably improved after adding the correction link. This proves the feasibility of the designed link. At last, the compare between the former two methods indicates the correction link designed by frequency method can improve the dynamic properties of the control system of the vibration test-bed to greater extent.
