The energy and the environment are the urgent problem which now the human survival and the development must solve. Now various countries have attached important to full use of wind energy and control technologies of wind turbine generator have rapidly developed. Be changed into the pitch that system is already regarded highly by everybody among them, especially electric pitch servo control system technology. The system structure having brought forward electric pitch servo system, has structured the main body of that based on SERCOS is changed into pitch servo control system soft and hardware experiment platform. Basically, it has realized real-time control servo system function and comparatively satisfied controlling effect.The wind turbine has been introduced into two kind of pitch realizing way: Hydromantic pitch and electric drive. It priority has been analyzed electric pitch servo system and servo motor. Proceed to have built the simulated servo system model taking three-phase permanent magnetism synchronous motor as servo motor owing to Matlab/Simulink .It has been the analysis having discussed that the vector control mode is servo motor under the control of tactics and in progress to whose simulated result specifically for three-phase permanent magnetism synchronous motor function characteristic.The final theory feasibility for electric pitch servo system, be changed into pitch servo control system combining with electric getting up, building based on SERCOS open digital control system and electric pitch that servo system is organic. In this paper, software is programmed with VC in Windows embedded RTX, shared memory is created for communication between two process, multithread is created for multitask. In the servo system closed cycle no-load experiment, it has been carried out analysis on experiment result. So result indicates system respond to the servo controls quickly and has fine dynamic real-time. It has verified system design plan feasibility and establishes a basis for to studying further.
