It is an important tool that detects and records kinds of data in the industrial process. The recorder of the paper used S3C44B0X of ARM7TDMI as the CPU, and the uClinux was used as embedded system, and has design the USB interface for it. The paper is mainly about the use of the embedded system in the digital recorder and the method to design the driver in the embedded system. 1. Chose the hardware and design the electrocircuit. Choose chips. Chooose the chips of the recorder, design the circuts electrocircuit and make the PCB. In order to enhance the process speed, the double CPU is used in the system. 2. Designed the USB interface for the recorder. Design the USB host controller by the 16-bit ISP1161A, which can improve the USB performance, and study the USB driver in the uClinux embedded system. 3. Configed the uClinux system. Add the drivers of NAND Flash and USB into the uClinux kernel, select the proper module according to the recorder system, and compile them. After successful debugging, transplant it into the Flash. The running is very good when supplying the poweoff. The USB interface technique will play the improtant act in the new generation instrument and apparatus, and it is great significant fot our country embedded system to develpe a sef of perfect embedded systems software.
