The application of computers on automobiles has stepped on a new stage in 1980s, which made automobiles enter a time of computerization. But most people don't attach more importance to the study on how to make full use of fuel vapor in the gasoline tank and decrease the pollution. We can't ignore that energy sources wasting and environment pollution has already become the necessitous problem in the developing of automobiles as unsuited enactment of the valve and aging of the spring. Therefore, it is very necessary to study a suit of control system and we can use the sysyem to study the problem how to make full use of the fuel vapor in gasoline tank.The task develops a suit of control system which can measure and control the fuel vapor in gasoline tank, and the core of this control system is 8031. Here is the main content.(l)The control unit of this system use 8031 as the controller of CPU. It can collect the pressure singals of the gasoline tank and adjust the big and small of the fuel vapor pressure, cooperating with steam pressure sensor and electromotion valve.(2)According to the practical requirements and aiming at the concrete research object, this thesis applied the fundamentals of thermodynamics, hydromechanics theories to simplize the complex gasoline tank problems, and developed the mathematical model for the gasoline tank.Based on the mathematical model,applying PID arithmetic as the center arithmetic of the controlling-system, and gain the parameters of the controlling-system by the way of modeling and locale debugging.(3)This thesis presents the whole perspective design of this equipment and software design project and implement condition. They establish the basis for studying the problem how to make full use of the fuel vapor in gasoline tank.Some of the standard and structured design, this system is reliable, easy to be operated and strong to resist the interference.The system operated well by computer simulation in laboratory. |
