The inside-wall temperature of gun tube is an important parameter when we research into ablation of the tube, evaluate the life of tube and alarm of overheating gun tube. In the meantime, we need to know the temperature if we want to make a more accurate character of interior ballistics and emissive security.Some design methods of the inside-wall temperature alarming system based on single chip computer are presented in this thesis. The principles and mechanisms of MCS-51 and its expanded system are also illustrated in detail. The system of temperature detecting uses the thermocouple sensor whose cool end temperature compensation uses the precise circuit of three operation amplifier and the circuit of two-rank voltage controlling Low Pass Filter. The paper also discusses the connection problem between the circuit and the single chip micro computer. Either the method of table-checking or the method of linearity simulation befits the temperature detecting system. The method of table-checking is more precise than the method of linearity simulation to the exceptive points which are far from the linearity-simulated line. The whole system has higher precision. At last, I analyze error of the result.
