In this paper, a whole-process safety control operation ticket system is proposed for power stations. Using Object Oriental Programming and considering the practical situations of power stations, the new system combines such technologies as graphic operation, interlock logic control, anti-misoperation and general report forms to achieve micro-processor intelligent generating of operation ticket. This is a great technological novelty. Graphic generation of operation ticket improves the ticket generating speed and security obviously. Simulated operations on graph user interface provide operators good impression of the whole process and reduce the accident rate effectively. And/or logical tree in interlock logic mechanism provides logical control according to different running modes and further correctness protection. In addition, open redevelop technology realizes the display and print of general report forms and enables extensive applicability of the system to different generation formats of operation ticket for different power stations.Making full use of polymorphism and encapsulation of Object Oriental Programming (OOP), the system is easy to maintain and extend. All the source codes are written in Visual C++6. 0; the database is accessed by ADO and ADOX; and some of the components are sealed using COM. These features make the system easy to operate, with high security and performance, and with comprehensive management functions. Furthermore, open redevelop technology brings it high versatility and applicability.By practical application tests, it is found that the error rate of the old system is 35%; and the system discussed decreases the rate to 4%; the new system also increases the performance rate for 78%. Furthermore, the friendly interface, easy operation, high security and reliability, and high expansibility win high reputation from users. During practical running of the system, its advantages will certainly appear in many aspects as: enhancing the security and reliability of power stations; increasing the correctness of operation tickets; improving the skill and work efficiency of operators; and decreasing the management expenses.
