The system has huge advantage in economic and social performance which can not be substituted by other training, Therefore, the operation training system of substation can raise the level of theories and operation.The thesis from all-kinds of angle introduces the development course of the transforming soft operation training system of substation, and development of the system, and the theoretical foundation, technology and relevant norms involved in the develop course of this system was introduced.The thesis introduced the total design of system first, elaborated the requirement analysis and the structure design of system; and discussed the realization function mold of the system, and the problem that low efficiency of program of program was solved and database were described in detail, and some developed interfaces of system were provided.The thesis discussed the application of the genetic algorithm in auto test paper making in detail. The system is not perfect or ideals enough, and it is not intelligent, which makes data collection and disposal become time-consuming and difficult. The genetic algorithm I used makes the result that the improved method is closed to the target of enactment parameter compared to the tradition genetic algorithm.At last, combining the theory of object-oriented technology, the develop course of examination on switching operation were discussed in details.The production of the research has been applied to LiChuan substation of state power company in FuZhou JiangXi now, and the system has passed the acceptance of science and technology hall of province 2007 and made a satisfied achievement.
