This study aims at theoretical research and engineering development for on-line monitoring of thermal economical performance of large-scale coal-fired power unit. The main works includes:(1) respectively analyze the thermal economic index, mathematical model and algorithm;(2) discuss the difficult points in mathematical model of real-time heat economic analysis for thermodynamic system;(3) the energy consumption difference analysis relate to some key operating parameters are studied deeply; (4) research of definite method of goal value;(5) design and development of economy monitor and analysis system of coal-fired unit based on Browser/Server architecture. The main fruits includes: (1) introduce the matrix method into heating system calculation and improve the calculation model of exhaust steam enthalpy;(2) the energy consumption difference analysis relate to some key operating parameters and some equipment conditions are studied deeply;(3) the expected values are determined by combining the design data, the performance test data and the data obtained from off-design calculation;(4) implement the online analysis system of heat economy based on B/S mode...
