Research On Run Of Configure Of Thermal Egineering Process Controller Based On Embedded Technology

At present,The most DCS products still finish conversion of A/D or D/A between supervising layer and field control layer on processed control layer .Which makes the price of DCS very high. Moreover, the control function block can't be downloaded to field equipment layer completely. That not only baffles the aim of absolute distributing, and also makes users passive when they choose type or enlarge it. This paper studies the character of distributed control system. And the paper also list abuse and deficiency of the traditional DCS. The paper generalize advantage of FCS simply, and compare it with DCS. Consequently, the paper advances adopting the real-time and having current standard Ethernet between supervising layer and field control layer. The embedded technology, configuration and run of control configuration in controller is brought forward in this paper .The paper offers the design of structure of configuration file and realization of software of configuration; upbuild Client/Server network communication. At last,for the sake of validating feasibility of the program of run configuration, make it run in Windows .
