At the present time, people explore protect device by writing code. The language they used maybe assembled language or high-level language. Unprofessional programmer could not understand it easily. If a graphical programmable platform could be offered, technical personnel can easily finish kinds of protection and control functions. From the long on, economic effects and technical effects can be assessable. Universal hardware platform has been used in digital protection area, but software platform is still in research stage. The thesis mainly do some research in software platform and graphical programming by manner of electric technology and information technology.The thesis researched transplantation and application ofμC/OS-Ⅱinto MC68332 with the development manner of embedded system. The thesis also researched the principle and the design method of file system and the knowledge of FLASH operating principle. A file system, which based on FLASH and adapted with embed application, were written and pass the debugging. In the thesis, real time operating system was introduced into relay protection software design. Through the analysis of graphic programming in configuration, a method of how to realize programmable protection equipment was present. The thesis do some exploratory research in how to compile and explain the intermediate code according to compile principle. At last, the paper discussed some problem of application foreground.
