The paper introduces the thermal calculation of pulverizing system, the direct-fired pressurized pulverizing system's primary amount and temperature of wind are confirmed. Through the study of thermal economical optimum regulation of boiler, the economical coal fineness,the coal mill mode of operation and the regulation of the primary air ratio and speed are confirmed., then the proportion of the primary air and overgrate air and the uniformity coefficient regulation of the primary air-coal are studied. Through introducing the define of the burn-off rate, the exceed air coefficient reflects the q4 with the burn-off rate; and reflects the q2 with CO, then the paper draw a new expression of exceed air coefficient. The calculation of the boiler efficiency bases on the theory of the oxygen heat-converting value offers a kind of new thinking for on-line calculation of boiler efficiency.
