In this paper, the medium speed mill direct firing pulverizing system as the research object,we adopt the method of combination of mechanism analysis and data fitting to build up the dynamic model of the amount of coal and primary air for the total fuel into the boiler furnace chamber,and analyzing the regular pattern of the changes of the main parameters in the model.Disturbance experiment of fieldwork coal amount and simulation experiment show that the model reflects the major dynamic characteristics and nonlinear characteristics and has a good recurrence. On this basis, this paper has also done analysis to the multiple parallel grinding optimization strategy. Using SIS historical data in order to optimize the milling unit consumption as the goal, through the excel to the milling unit consumption of coal as a quadratic curve fitted the relationship between type, and then equal incremental method to deal with Mills optimal load distribution. By analysizing and comparising the optimizing power consumption of the milling system before and after to do preliminary study of the effectiveness of equal incremental method which is applied to the optimal load distribution of the pulverizer.
