Through the test of adjustment and optimization of the No.1 boiler combustion and pulverizing system,influence on the combustion system of a wind pressure,secondary air two,overfire air throttle opening,burner swing angle,fuel air opening,the bellows-furnace pressure,wind two times the amount of air distribution,grinding coal machine operation mode of the key control parameters of scientific and comprehensive optimization;The pulverizing system optimization,in order to make the operation of wind mill shows more accurate and balanced distribution of wind speed,ensure the pulverized coal fineness in the milling coal consumption low condition,and adjust the volume of coal mill running machine control is more reasonable.Through the test of the adjustment and optimization of the boiler combustion and pulverizing,the thermal efficiency of boiler No.1 is increased from 92.42% to 93.21%,increased 0.79 percentage points,the exhaust gas temperature is reduced to 9.1 DEG C,the content of NOx SCR decreased from 265mg/Nm3 to 209.6mg/Nm3 the entrance,desuperheating water flow drops.After comprehensive calculation,the coal consumption is reduced by 2.93g/kWh.
