The cam machine is frequently used for the high voltage switch's actuator. The rationality of the cam's dynamical character affects the stability of the machine. In the traditional method, the designing of the cam machine is for the uniformity velocity machine. When the driving power is driven by the electromagnetic actuator, the resistance of the cam greatly affects the change of the driving power. The actuator can be considered as the shift cam machine. By current ways, the cam is designed with experience and amended. The result is reasonable by selections and amends. By study and demonstrate, the designing cam's method on the energy and outputting velocity is made. By the method, the cam machine can be designed accurately. Through the Pro/Engineer's mechanism, the result can be simulated and analyzed. The simulated result can be considered as the reference for commending the result of the design.
