Permanent magnetic actuator as an actuator model, it has less component, small size, easy operation, high reliability, mechanical structure of the electric structure to replace the complex. Can more easily achieve the control and adjustment of high-speed electrical parameters, can realize split-phase break synchronous operation in vacuum circuit break.This paper is about the study of72.5kV vacuum circuit breaker electromagnetic force driving actuator, electromagnetic force driving actuator(EMFA) is the development of permanent magnetic actuator tradition. Compared with the tradition permanent magnetic, EMFA not because of core stroke increase the rapid attenuation of electromagnetic force, and therefore more suitable for high voltage breaker.This paper is introduce the principle and character of72.5kV vacuum circuit breaker electromagnetic force driving actuator, the application of the finite element analysis software Ansoft to establish the model of magnetic mechanism finite element model, the static characteristics of mechanism of the simulation analysis and calculation of the parameters. Based on the static characteristics analysis and calculation, the joint simulation of Matlab and mechanical simulation software ADAMS, the different charging capacitance, excitation coil, a tripping spring stiffness coefficient k,dynamic simulation of switching action process of EMFA, according to the simulation the simulation results to design structure size, magnetic mechanism of charging the capacitance, coil, a tripping spring etc..
