As there are many problems in current test-bed on blower, installation of the equipment, measure of no realizing automatization, poor calculating capacity of the software, high difference with standard on choose and measure of all kinds of sensors, and so on, it is necessary to design and improve the current test-bed. Flow field and structure in throttle orifice plate is systematically analyzed and studied by experiment and locale research, and finally theoretical foundation is provided for design of throttle equipment and test-bed on blower. Experimental study on throttle orifice plate is processed in this paper. By method of combining, theoretical analyse with experiment, test data are analyzed, connection of structure parameter and test index is opened up, main parameters of structure of test equipment are optimized, theory and experiment foundation is provided for development of the equipment test blower character. Preliminary research shows: Firstly, main structure characteristics of throttle orifice plate are processed measure by simulating test, these characteristics include diameters ratio and thickness of throttle orifice, result indicates that the diameters ratio of throttle orifice plate has effect on flow velocity of backward position of throttle orifice plate. Secondly, throttle orifice plate is theoretically analyzed by completely applying relating theory of hydrodynamics and hydrokinetics, and combining kinetics equitation of stickiness flow and confused flow, relation of distances of obtaining press and all parameters. Thirdly, finite element model of CFD hydrokinetics is built for throttle orifice of complex flow pipe that can not be analyzed with resolving method. Analyze of flow field on throttle orifice plate is conveniently processed with CFD software, distribution of flow field includes press field, velocity field, streamline atlas, chart, etc. Finally, main parameters of the obtaining press distances that influence throttle orifice plate in middle and backward position are attained by theoretical analyze, and primary and secondary of main factor and best level combination influenced test index of throttle orifice plate are confirmed by test. Conclusion shows that parameter combination of C1D1B2A2 is best, and parameter ratio βis 0.75, working condition position is widely wind exit, wind speed u is 55000mm/s, thickness e of throttle orifice is 3.2 ㎜.
