Three wheels' orientation is adequate for fout-wheels vehicles, and the subsisting of four wheels causes one redundant constraint. The redundant constraint will bring asymmetry load for the vehicles. The existing of redundant constraint will easy to cause high off-road vehicles (such as military and forest vehicles etc.) to emerge early vehicles' components fatigue wreck for dynamic stress arosed and torsional loads by dynamic loads at uneven ground. Furthermore for the high mobility wheeled vehicles that are requested to have high off-road ability, the quality of wheel ground adhension directly influences vehicles' running and high-speed cross-country performance. However the redundant constraint put wheel ground adhension at a disadvantage. So it's needed to make a deep study of the present high off-road vehicles. Baseing on the elimination torsion principle put forward by Prof. Guo Konghui, the paper researches high off-road vehicles' whole-coupling suspension system of eliminating redundant constraint combining with the subproject of National Natural Science Foundation of China —"Study on whole-coupling hydropneumatic suspension system". The purpose is to guarantee no reducing roll & pitch rate and other performance to eliminate redundant constraint of vehicles, greatly reduce body eliminatin load and shock stress, improve the evenness of wheel loads, and enhance wheel ground adhension. This dissertation's main work and advancement have been done as following: Having introduced hydropneumatic suspension, hydropneumatic balanced suspension, the foreign elimination torsion, refered to relating information, calculated relating parameters of the need of modeling, the paper uses the popular dynamic simulation software—ADAMS to model the whole off-road vehicle, using hydraulics module and considering the pipe size.
