The clean briquetting technology is one of the effective clean technologies such as high efficiency and clean combustion, improvement environmental air quality, energy conservation. At present, the clean briquetting technology far falls behind the need of the social development in our country, because we lack the systemic and experimental study, the theoretical analysis, and the reasonable allocated proportion standard. This article's goal is the systematic researchs on the component ratio and the combustion characteristic of the industrial honeycomb briquette, we hope that this can provide the certain reference for the actual production and the formulation of the official standard. According to the above goals, the contents of this article mainly are composed by following parts: â‘ In this article, we select the Liaoyuan anthracite, the Shuangyashan smoke coal as the raw coals, the loess as the cementing agent, the calcium oxide as desulfurizer to prepare the industry honeycomb briquette. Takeing the volatile matter and the calorific capacity as the experimental targets, using the symmetry-pure fom design U and designing criterion, the regression equations that reflect the relationship between the properties and four elements are established. According for this, the optimal proportion of the industry honeycomb briquette is founded through these equations. The feasibility of mixture experiment design in the study of honeycomb briquette combination was primarily demonstrated. â‘¡In view of the industry honeycomb briquette, a new type of thermogravimetric laboratory desk was designed and manufactured. We use the laboratory desk to research the combustion characteristic of the honeycomb briquettes in different allocated proportion. In this work, the thermogravimetic analyses on the combustion performance of the honeycomb briquettes were conducted. The chemical kinetic parameters including the apparent activation energy Em and the pre-exponential factor A0 were obtained based on the thermogravimetic results.
