With the gradual depletion of fossil energy and increasingly serious environmental pollution,the straw briquette began to receive more and more attention, and the development of strawbriquette combustion equipment is becoming increasingly important.First, this article used the SDT Q600Differential thermal-hot heavy Synchronous analyzerto analyse the thermogravimetric process of peanut shell and corn stalk, found that thethermogravimetric process could be divided into three typical stages: evaporation of water,release and combustion of volatile and combustion of fixed carbon and burnout. Based on thisthree stages divided, this article used the C-R approach to analyse the straw fuel combustiondynamics and use the combustion characteristics parameters index to discuss ignitioncharacteristics, burnout characteristics and comprehensive behavior of combustion.Secondly, based on straw briquette laboratory furnace, this article has constructed physicalmode, and used FLUENT software to simulate briquette fuel combustion process under differentstructures, different wall conditions and different ration between primary and secondary air.Study found that compared to conventional furnace, reversal furnace could effectively reduceCO emissions and combustion more complete; the both heating furnace were better to chooseradiation for70%; reasonable ration between primary and secondary air could play better on theflue gas disturbance, and improve combustion efficiency.
