The thesis, which is supported by the 863 Program of China,researches the requisition analysis and the demand on technologyof assembly controller of automobile systemically, came up withthe overall plan of hardware design, and finally completed thedesign and debug of hardware system.In addition,the authorjustified the feasibility of design plan through lots ofexperiments. All that I have done settles theoretical foundationfor development of vehicle control system of the automobile.As the developing of the electronic control technology ofautomobile, the electronic degree of automobile is higher andhigher now, and the automobile industy also enter on a new era.At the same time, the electronic degree of automobile has alreadybeen a standard of the level of the technology of producingautomobile in a nation. The author summarizes the character andcurrent situation of the development of electronic controltechnology of automobile, the composing structure and operationprinciple of ECU, research state and our research project, and themain research work of the thesis.The main content in Chapter Two is to research automobileassembly controller design plan. Firstly the author analyzesmajor function and operation principle of each assemblycomponents of double axles connect in parallel, and generalizesall input and output signal of assembly controller from signalsource , executive body , signal kind , signal form and requireof interface. Hardware design aims at high performance and highreliability and adopts module design method and divides hardwareinto A/D module, D/A module, I/O Interface module, RS232 serialcommunication module, CAN communication module and CPU module.The I/O Interface module is divided into pulse capture module,input module of switch, PWM output module, data output module,input and output of I/O module in parallel.According to hardware design plan, hardware design is mainlydivided into MotorolaMPC565 least system design, A/D conversioncircuit design, D/A conversion circuit design, RS232 serialcommunication circuit design, I/O interface circuit design, powerdesign and CAN communication circuit design. Reset circuit design,clock circuit design and memory extension circuit design areincluded in MotorolaMPC565 least system design.Specially inmemory extension circuit design, in order to meet the higher demandthat software design and data of store, we have expanded Flashmemory of 4MB and SRAM memory of 2MB outside MotorolaMPC565. A/Dconversion circuit design realized by two 10-bit unipolarsuccessive approximation converters(QADC) of MotorolaMPC565.InD/A conversion circuit design,the author adopted PWM outputsignal filter wave technology.In RS232 serial communicationcircuit design, We use drive chip MAX233AEWP which makes wholecircuit is simple and reliable.I/O interface circuit design iscomposed of pulse capture circuit design, input circuit design ofswitch,PWM output circuit design,data output circuit design,input and output circuit design of I/O in parallel. In pulsecapture circuit design, MDASM sub module is used for capture theoutside 0~5V pulse signal.In input circuit design of switch,MDASM module is used as general I/O port,the switch state is gotby reading the pin state bit of I/O. PWM output circuit design isrealized by output signal of MPWMSM drive to MC33385.In data outputcircuit design, MPWMSM module is set to operation mode of highlevel or low level, and controll the corresponding executive body.Input and output circuit design of I/O in parallel is realized byMPIO32B0~MPIO32B15 pin of MotorolaMPC565. MotorolaMPC565 has avery wide range configure structure of power, includes 3 kinds ofvoltage type: 2.6V, 3.3V and 5V. The power circuit mainly useLT1074 and LT1086 which was put out by LINEAR Company.FirstlyLT1074 changes the outside 8V~40V voltage into 5V voltage ofpower,then LT1086 changes the 5V voltage into 2.6V voltage and 3.3Vvoltage. In addition large numbers of filter wave circuit in powercircuit is used to realize the conversion between the voltage ofdifferent kinds of power of MotorolaMPC565. In CAN communicationcircuit design, we uses TouCAN module, which is accorded withCAN2.0B standard,as bus controller and uses PCA82C250 as bustransceiver.In addition, we define plug-in of controller, and giveout definition diagram.
