Development of automobile technology more and more embody in the field of the automobile electronic, the traditional technology of automobile electronic is only limited to electro-control some mechanical spare components in the automobile, which is simple comparatively, and the relevant equipment is huger. This technology is backward comparatively. According to the need that the actual application of automobile is changeable. The modern technology of automobile electronic is represented by controlling to the integrated performance of automobile optimally and synthetically by utilizing technology of computer,communication based on network and control which are developed at full speed. The modern technology of automobile electronic has already changed to integrated electronical,intelligent,module of integrated automobile, the bus-based controller network technology is a new development direction of the technology of an automobile electronic.LIN(Local Interconnect Network)bus is a one-wire serial communication network with low cost. The data format of LIN communication is based on SCI(UART),it adopt the mode of one-master controller/multi-slave equipment, which avoid the message competition of the bus by only using the signal 12V wire on physical. LIN message transfer rate reach as high as 20Kbit/s, user may increase the node in the network without hardware and software to need change. Generally, the number of node in a LIN network is less than 16. LIN bus can be used in realizing the distributed electronic control system in the automobile. Because the goal of LIN bus is to offer the auxiliary function for exiting automobile network, LIN bus belongs to a kind of auxiliary bus network.The main content of this project is investigation and exploitation of the automobile window control system on the basis of LIN bus. Firstly the content of the LIN bus protocol is introduced, then the hardware and the software about this project are also introduced. The Antitrapping function of the automobile Electric-window attract much attention of the domestic automobile professional personage more and more, and corresponding research work is in heat process. The Antitrapping function of foreign automobile Electric-window is almost realized by adopting the way of measure Hall signal, in this design, we investigate the Antitrapping algorithms without using sensors. In this project, the main hardware chip is the high performance 8-bit singlechip computer PIC16f73 and PIC16f676 which come from Microchip company. The PIC16f73 is used as MCU of LIN master node and the PIC16f676 is used as MCU of LIN slave node. The communication between the master node and the slave node adopts the mode of UART serial communication to realize the LIN bus communication. This paper provide the detailed design method of schematic diagram of the master node and the slave nodes, and the contents include the power supply circuit,the MCU circuit,the LIN communication circuit,the drive of the motor,the current A/D circuit etc.Having finished all the design work, we entered the phase of debug and test the system in the scene. The result of the test in the scene proved that the automobile window LIN bus control system can operate inerrably, and its performance is good. Now this project is put into commercialization and gained the praise of the customer.
