The development of the Integrated Starter Generator have made a new research direction in the circle of mixing powers of AUTO. It realize the both function of Starter and Generator by compositing the sepreted ones. Because this unique designment , people wish mostly that it can solve the two problems in traffic when it had been developed successfully. One is the more and more requirement for electric energy by the electric equipments in the AUTO,the other is the increasingly serious circumstance pollution made by fueling petrol or diesel in engine.And from the experimental use , the effect solving for the two problems by ISG is satisfactory. Firstly,it is powerful generator, it has bigger producing electric 's ability,moreover it can collect partly the portional braking energey,and save them into a storage battery,all of them can make ISG meet the increasing requirements for bigger electric energy by the electric equipments in AUTO.Secondly,ISG is a powerful motor,it can start the engine in the stations of lower temperature without noise and vibration,and it is the mainly reason for circumstance pollution that petrol or diesel cannot fuel completely in engine. On the other hand ,with the quick start speciality,it can solve the start-stop-start-stop problems of AUTO in city heavy traffic. In this case ,people can shut down the engine completely ,which will decrese greatly the pollution by fuel not burning completely.Otherwise,ISG can provide driving force complement.With the common effect of the torque of ISG and the engine,it can change the running attribute of AUTO greatly.This will help realize the decreace of the engine size in the same requirement for driving force, and also can decrease the use qualities of fuel and the pollution by it, then increase the economical attribute. From the above elaboration, we can know that as a integrated starter generator, ISG not only has the general attribute of the common motor and generator,but also has the attributes of starter and generator used in AUTO,these attributes are the center we care about firstly.So during the period of testing experiment in the laboratory, it is our purpose to design this comprehensive test system that how to acquire the data precisely and obviously,how to analize and manage these data so they can be the basis for the ISG research. With the technology development of the automatic control,computer and software, the test technology has a tend development to small-sized ,visible,controled,intelligent and mul-function.We adopt the PC-DAQ virtual instrument test system based on LabWindows/CVI. The virtual instrument is an important technology in contemporary computer assistant test circle.It is a computer instrument system which based on the hardware platform of the computer,and the panel is designed by user, just as simulating traditional instrument panel by using the computer monitor and the test function is finished by test software. LabWindows/CVI is just the visible test software we 've adopted in this test system.It is a half-graph developing tool based on C language which developed by National Instrument of America.It can build the virtual instrument panel by using the graph ability and data solving ability of computerafter DAQ card acquiring data , then controls the instrument ,analizes the data and demonstrate the test result through the special calculate method.We 've adopted the PC-DAQ system by using DAQ card not produced by IN American CO.It composed of DAQ card ,signal adjust circuit and hardware platform .The system uses the PCI or ISA .When use it ,we can put it into the PCI or ISA groove.The experimental platform is built by connecting ISG,asynchronized motor and test power equipment in same axis.The data tested by test power equipment and electric current ,voltage sensor are acquired by DAQ card which input them to the computer to demostrate. Through testing to ISG ,it has proved that this test system we have designed has a due utility.From the software design,the test interface is obvious, the showing function is overall,which make control and test easily .From the hardware building,the scheme selection is reasonal,the precise of test parameter is higher. This test system has its special attribute. 1,In the test system ,we have used LabWindows/CVI language,which has more develop nimble than LabVIEW.The function of LabWindows/CVI is weaker than VC++,but it is difficult to study and be proficient in VC++,and the develop cycle of VC++ is long .LabWindows/CVI has the ability to control hardware and solve data,this make it be suited to test system, especially,it is quick to start study,and easy to study,which make it has be the most popular software develop circumstance now. 2,We has used DAQ card not produced by American NI CO.In thebasis of LabWindows/CVI,NI CO. has developed a complete set of DAQ card. When use DAQ-2010 card not produced by American NI CO.but support ANSY C , we can drive it by moving the driving programme's DLL to the children direction of LabWindows/CVI project. Although the operation is complex,but the D2K-DASK programming kit it provide include device driving programme and DLL which can run under the circumstance of Windows98, WindowsNT å’ŒWindows2000,which mean that all the programme developed by D2K-DASK are compatible in the circumstance of Windows98, WindowsNT å’ŒWindows2000.Otherwise the DAQ card we've adopted has the advantage of lower cost , better function, higher acquisition precise and not need to programme the deepest layer interface code. 3,The integrated degree of the system is high,and there is less connecting software circuit,so it decrease the noise when the three motor are running. 4,Because the test power equipment has not the function of constant runring velocity and constant power,and realize the constant torque control for asynchronized motor,so the test system has included a partial control function . That is realized by acquiring corresponding signals through DAQ card , then inputting them to the computer,calculated by PID calculateing method,and finally outputting them to control the test power equipment and asynchronized motor. 5,The running status of engine is simulated by asynchronized motor,and test power equipment put the load,which need input all...
