| Along with the vigorous development of the military informationization construction the Armed Police transportation mends its pace on the informationization construction. The developments of geographic information system and spatial orientation technology, along with the combinations of wireless data communication and network technologies, provides an ideal platform for management, commanding and planning of Armed Police transportation.After in-depth study of positioning technology, geographic information technology and telecommunications technology, we design a compositive guarantee system about military transportation. My partial work focused on the vehicle apportionment algorithm, the route planning algorithm, and integrated positioning algorithm. Based on the establishment of the electronic map and road databases, the visualization of the planning and supervision is implemented. And my work in this complex system is listed as follows:1. This thesis analyzes the development of military traffic informationization construction inside and outside. It also discusses the station and importance and the matter of Armed Police transportation compositive guarantee system. And based on that we investigate the function requirement of the system and discusses the meaning and purposes of developing this system. It designs the overall structure of this system, builds the functional modules and demonstrates the structure and functions of the sub-system.2. On the basis of mathematic model and the correlative solve the thesis develops the intrinsic vehicle apportionment algorithm combining Armed Police vehicle apportionment example, analysises the Minimal Element method. And it also designs and develops an optimize algorithm for solving the real cases. This increases the speed of sending vehicles and makes the transport cost reduced.3. This thesis researches the route planning issues and optimization, compates the two classical algorithms. The Dijkstra algorithm engrosses the more memory and the A* algorithm has the high efficiency on search. On the basis of their excellency and considering the character of Armed Police traffic task, we adopt the memory frame of the former association and use A* algorithm to search. And then we save the storage room and get the points of necessary and avoidance. We design a method of evaluating the route power which is suitablea to the fact. Also we present a bidirectional search algorithm which is integrated the compositive road weight. And this makes the time cost reduced.4. We set out the realization results of some function modules and make the prototype of a compositive guarantee system for Armed Police military transportation realized. Establish a relationship table to achieve a map query, vehicle dispatch and other functions.The research results from this thesis are quite useful to the informationization construction of Armed Police transportation guarantee, which can reduces the transport cost and achieves dynamic vehicle management and planning. It also improves the utilization of vehicles and strengthens the army power. |
