Nowadays more and more shotcrete liner are applied in tunnel. Whether the shotcrete strength accord design strength will be directly responsible for the timbering reliability. With the development of information-construction, More and more quick, abundant, reliable, undamage examination method to concrete strength are needed. The traditonal examination method to concrete strength can not satisfy the examination request. Study on nail-shotting gun examination system for shotcrete strength is very important for either theory or practice.This paper expatiate the study on nail-shotting gun examination system, and applying that equipment to shotcrete strength examination in tunnel. That examinaton method is a better undamage examination method. In certain range of gas press, we can use the nail-shotting gun examination system to examine the shotcrete strength on certain point in tunnel. Through getting the depth of shot nail in concrete and exchanging the depth to strength, the information of concrete strength can be gained. It can provide necessary feedback information for either design or construction in time.This paper expatiate the study of all parts in nail-shotting gun examination system. The study of compress-stability system is more important in the nail-shotting gun examination system. In this design, piezoelectricity resonance sensor which can control press in high precision is selected. That sensor can adapt many circumstance and satify requset of practical use.
