The microstructure of material decides its macroscopic performance, for shotcrete,incorporated into accelerator changed microstructure of concrete, study themicrostructure of shotcrete can be more in-depth understanding of the formationmechanism of its macroscopic performance. This thesis studies the microstructure andmacroscopic performance of shotcrete, provides an important basis for further study ofmechanical performance and durability performance of shotcrete, while, with shotcretehas important practical significance to composition design and its application inEngineering.Setting time of shotcrete was investigated by means of Vicat. Description from themicroscopic point of view of its condensation process, analyze the impact ofwater-binder ratio and fly ash of setting time. Mineral composition, mineral contentand morphology of shotcrete with ages and water-binders and fly ash was investigatedby means of XRD and TG-DSC and SEM. Using MIP measured of pore structure(porevolume, pore size distribution) of shotcrete with ages and water-binders and fly ashand steel fiber.For the shotcrete strength test, research the impact of water-binder ratio and flyash and steel fiber and curing age content on the compressive strength and splittingtensile strength of shotcrete. The study started from pore structure of shotcrete, settingup the model of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength. Meanwhile, settingup the relationship between compressive strength and splitting tensile strength.Carryout the mathematical statistic analysis for the strength, certified are the strength ofshotcrete in line of normal distribution. For the permeability test of shotcrete, research the impact of water-binder ratioand fly ash and steel fiber content on the air permeability and capillary absorption andresistance of chloride penetration of shotcrete.This paper shows that porosity reflect pore volume, fractal dimension reflect poresize distribution. Setting up the model between strength and pore structure and modelbetween permeability and pore structure.
