Research On The Comperhensive Dispatching System Of High-Speed Railway

With the increase year by year of the volume of passenger transport of the railway, the speed of train and density are higher and higher, complexity and variety of the railway transportation business increasing urgently. The traditional, simple dispatcher command management and single automated system was not fit for the modernized railway business command and manage already. Because of the command and management information system of High-speed railway closely related to many kinds of professional and different business, it is necessary to make every department intensive in an integrated system, so as to reach the rationalized and modernization of commanding management of the railway business. The comprehensive dispatching system of high-speed railway was proposed.Reference the current situation of the foreign high-speed railway dispatching system and the simulation experimental project of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway comprehensive dispatching system, this paper proposed a planning model of comprehensive dispatching system adapting to the development of China high-speed railway, provide the scheme of system structure and configure environment. This paper also considered some problem such as the combination of comprehensive dispatching system and current dispatching system, medium-speed train and high-speed train and running mixed, etc.The comprehensive dispatching system integrated such functions as operation, locomotive, rail, electricity, communication, passenger's guide, maintaining and measuring, supervisory control safely, etc. The dispatching system of running was the core of it, It can divided into dispatching center, basic station network and control monitor three major parts according to the system structure.
