| With the development of high-speed railway, the requirement of real-timly, complexity and variety of its business have been increasing impatiently suddenly, and traditional dispatching means and single automation system in transportation commanding have been ridiculously inadequate to save a grave situation, so high-speed comprehensive dispatching system appears naturally.The high-speed comprehensive dispatching system takes train operation dispatching as its core by integrating businesses such as transportation planning management, electric dispatching, motor train unit dispatching, comprehensive maintain system, passenger service, safety monitor as a whole. The sub-system of electric dispatching is one of important branches of the system that responsible for operation and controlling of power supply system.Consulting current situation of the development of the domestic and oversea high-speed dispatching system and combing the simulation experimental project of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway comprehensive dispatching system, this thesis has proposed planning model of comprehensive dispatching system adapting to development of our country's high-speed railway, analyzed the mutual information flow between different business subsystems and provided the concrete scheme of system simulation.The thesis divides electric dispatching subsystem simulation into three parts: the electric dispatching center simulation, electric equipment simulation and communication simulation. Based on present riper electric dispatching software of electrical railway, dispatching center simulation has expanded mutual communication function of comprehensive dispatching information.
