Cantilever Construct Technology For Main Box Girder Of Fengpu Bridge

Taking Fengpu bridge as an example, the method, content and construction process about the long span PC continuous girder bridge were expatiated. The major equipment of cantilever construction named diamond light basket was designed independently, and some operate rules which about how to use diamond basket were established. The quality of concrete was controlled strictly during construction process. According to the local, construction measures of closer segment were studied in order to close naturally. At last, Fengpu bridge was finished successfully combined with the deformation control technology of finite element analysis. Fengpu bridge was smoothly consummated, and its structural state reached design claim. The establishment of temporary supporting block, designing and installation of mould, the construction of prestressed concrete and controlling of the girder's line-shape were analysed and discussed necessarily. It would be a good reference to the construction of bridges that have the same structure type.
