Research On Key Construction Techniques For Continuous Beam Bridge Of South-to-north Water Diversion Project Of Qu Gang Expressway

China's transportation industry has developed rapidly in recent years,Bridge is an important part of transportation.Because continuous girder bridge is the most clear type of force transmission in bridge types,it has been widely used in bridge construction.At present,cantilever method is mainly used for continuous girder bridge construction both at domestic and abroad.Although many construction experiences have been accumulated,there are still many problems encountered in the construction process.For example,the construction process is complicated,difficult,and there are many uncertain factors.In the construction process,not only the progress and quality of bridge construction should be ensured,but also the dynamic structure should meet the requirements of alignment and force after completion of the bridge.Therefore,it is necessary to study the key technologies of cantilever cast-in-place construction of continuous girder bridges.This thesis takes the south to North Water Diversion Project as the engineering background.Based on the analysis and summary of the development trend of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges and construction control technology at home and abroad,the practical construction control technology of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges in practical projects is studied.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects.(1)In this thesis,the literature about continuous girder bridges at home and abroad is sorted out in detail,and the characteristics and development of continuous girder bridges are analyzed systematically with relevant cases.In addition,the construction process of cantilever method is systematically introduced,with emphasis on the difficulties and difficulties in construction.(2)According to the characteristics of cantilever construction of continuous girder bridge,the diamond hanging basket of Dalian continuous girder bridge of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is designed in detail and checked.(3)This paper systematically introduces the important technology in the construction of continuous beam bridge,and focuses on the key technology and main control index for the closure section construction.(4)The key construction nodes of continuous girder bridge are analyzed to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction scheme.According to this construction scheme,the quality and safety control scheme is proposed.
