| In recent years, adsorption refrigeration systems have got more and more attention from refrigeration world as it is a kind of non-CFCs refrigeration system and a kind of effective means of using low grade thermal energy. Adsorption refrigeration has many merits such as noiseless, environmentally friendly and low operating cost. It is a inevitable trend for automobile air conditioning development that using environmental protection working substance and the energy conservation, so unifying the two aspects is a important topic for many researchers. On the base of a lot of literatures about adsorption refrigeration and its use on car exhaust heat, this paper researched the adsorption refrigeration driven by car engine cooling water, The research contents and the conclusions are as follows:(1) Analyzed and simulated the continuous heat regenerative adsorption cooling cycle using active carbon-methanol as the working pair. And obtained some relational curve about the influence which some refrigeration operating mode parameters to the circulation refrigeration quantity and the COP. These curves establishments will have the significant instruction to the next designs and the experiments.(2) Taken the Santana 2,000 as the example, calculated the refrigeration quantity which this car needed is about 4kW, analyzed and calculated the quantity of heat which the Santana 2,000 engine's cooling water could provide approximately is 4kW, the experiment obtains the quantity of heat which the exhaust pipe provided is about 10kW.(3) Designed and established a continuously heat regenerative adsorption refrigeration experiment prototype.(4) Simulated the quantity of heat which the Santana engine cooling water provides on the prototype, and conducted a series of experimental study, the problems to the prototype had been analyzed and proposed the improvement measures.(5) Prototypical performance COP may reach 0.3016,the mean value is 0.2331. the experiments proved the car engine afterheat adsorption refrigeration is feasible. |
