The thesis systematically introduced several kinds of common methods for integrality detecting of concrete cast in-situ piles at present. Because the supersonic pulse scheme have many advantages, such as detecting carefully, the abundant information, accurate and reliable results, nonlimiting for the length of piles, it has been becoming the important means for the integrality detecting of piles(especially large diameter piles) and widely used in the engineering construction.This paper narrated the concept of integrality, analyzed the reasons which cause the defects, such as the pile body emanative, insert mud , contract neck , loose and getting closely knit, and analyzed the endanger of it. The method for judging the is put forward, in which the classification of defects is judged by means of detecting methods to combine with real on-the-spot construction state.This text system introduce the theoretical foundation of supersonic pulse scheme and expound the supersonic wave spread method, the wave field characteristics among concrete and the relation between acoustics parameter and concrete quality. It systematically introduced the treatment method of the data of an supersonic detection procedure. Because of the quality of the concrete, the fluctuation of concrete quality is caused by accidental error, which is normal, and the distribution of it is accord to normal distribution. It is think that survey acoustics parameter datum calculate accord with normal distribution, but the defect is caused by human error, it' s distribution will deviate from normal distribution. The corresponding acoustics parameters will deviate from normal distribution too. Therefore we can judge the quality defect in the pile body by the probability scheme, when there is no defection in it, the normal dispersed and fluctuations within the specific limits of acoustics parameters had examined, and when meet a...
