The collecting of dynamic signal of the rotating machine faults is a new subject being development in resent year. It had great meaning for us to research the system of the collecting of dynamic signal of the rotating faults because it can avoid the great loss of economic. This article is based on the projects of Fujian Petrochemical Co. and Quhua Co.Ltd, and had developed the collecting system to collect the vibration signals of rotaries. It has the characteristic of real-time and accurate. The system had owned the patent and the patent NO is ZL 021454406.8.Chapter 1 summarizes the important role of fault diagnosis technology for large rotating machinery in modern manufacturing, details the research status and development trend of this mainly technique of fault diagnosis and its system.Chapter 2 analyzed the system of dynamic signal of the rotating machine, included the selecting of sensor, monitoring content, the way of signal analysis and the hardware of dynamic signal collecting.Chapter 3 designed the pretreatment circuit, analysis the filtration, enlarge and segregation. Adjust the dynamic signal to the need of analysis.Chapter 4 analyzed the designation of Key-phase card, introduced the methods of measuring the phase.Chapter 5 designed the vibration fault diagnosis system. The process of the research, the design, develop is expressed detail in this chapter.Chapter 6 studied the technology of extracting features from vibration signals of large rotation machine and given the actual analysis in fault signal.In the last Chapter, all of the works in this dissertation are summed up. The future research of monitoring and fault diagnosis is prospected.
