| In this paper, a short introduction of all kinds of heat meters in domestic and overseas was made because of it's high demand after the reformation of the charge for heat consumption in our country. And the work principle was also analysed. Base on the traditional single stream meter.In addition, the working principle is also analyzed. Based on the conventional single-stream basic meter, a splitter has been set up on the runner entrance so as to reduce the priming flux, improve the flow situation and increase the flux test accuracy. And as a result, a new two-stream and rotary-wing heat meter was developed.This paper makes a study on the characteristic of improved two-stream heat meter through theory analysis, numerical simulation and experiment validation. And theory analysis runs through the numerical simulation and experiments, and it also gives direction and supplement to them. Besides, a three-dimensional numerical simulation for the inside flow field was made by the Fluent software with rotary mechanical's numerical simulation experience for reference. In addition, the inside flow field of basic meter has been simulated through computation and result analysis, the flow-field difference before and after the setup of the splitter on the impeller base has been compared, and the flux through base meter, impeller's rotational speed and pressure loss correlation of front- and back- basic meter have been confirmed. At the same time, the application of different turbulent flow models has been compared, the ideal turbulent flow models has been found, and force analysis of the impeller, the influence of flow parameter, key elements inside the basic meter on in-meter flow, and the correlating law have been presented. At last, results of the numerical simulation have been verified by experiments and principle analysis.Through the overall analysis on the atlases from the calculation and experiment results, it is found that the splitter on the impeller base has good directingperformance and it can increase rotational speed of the impeller, improve the in-tube flow and flux test accuracy effectively, and the standard k-e turbulent flow model's error to experiment result is less than RNG k-ï¿¡ turbulent flow model. Based on the simulation's results, this paper analyzes the force moment suffered by the impeller and draws the conclusion that flux through the basic meter is proportional to the impeller's rotational speed that is also proved by the experiment. Besides, simulation calculation and experiments have all shown that pressure loss between front- and back- basic meter is proportional to flux' square.To the improved two-stream heat meter, this paper has done the numerical simulation and experimental research that can provide base and direction for the design of the basic meter and the improvement of the test accuracy. It has make up for the vacancy of domestic and foreign field and it has some innovation to a degree. |
