The research subject is a branch of three-dimensional car parking lot research and design in Suzhou Jiangnan Smart Parking Equipment Co., LTD. , the research realm of this thesis is structural analysis and CAE & optimum design based on finite element analysis. The rigid-framed structure is the main part of three-dimensional car parking lot and important in the whole parking system. The three-dimensional car parking lot's rigid frame is a structural system which exists in the form of rigid connection by constant cross-section straight-line member bar (beam & pole). The rationality,reliability and stability of the rigid-framed structure design will have a vital effect on the application of three-dimensional car parking lot. This thesis generally discusses the finite element method's application in the structural analysis and the optimum design about three-dimensional car parking lot, and introduce stiffness matrix. During building the finite element model of three-dimensional car parking lot rigid-framed structure, discusses it's generating method and the relative part which should be worth attention. With finite element analysis software ANSYS, make CAE analysis to the rigid-framed structure, obtain its endogenous force distribution and displacement status under the action of loading. According to these, improving the type of attachment about beam & pole and other constructional detail problem, so as to find the best rigid-framed structure. Compare the field real measured data with FEA data, the both are approximately same, verifies FEA software simulate practical engineering's work condition, the CAE analysis data acquired is used for reference. In addition, the optimum design by virtue of CAE method can confirm the best economical and reasonable design proposal. Keeping some constraint condition invariable, changing some design variable, ensuring the product's performance can achieve the final expected target, meets the purpose of the optimum design, make the most of the economical and reasonable structural section bar to construct rigid-framed structure, not only improving the product's performance and quality, but also reducing the product's cost and improving the enterprise economical efficiency. Applying CAE analysis to the rigid-framed structure of three-dimensional car parking lot, providing some reference for the production enterprise, and solving some obvious problem.
