The Design And Test Study On The Paving Wheels Of The Machine Paving Straw In Square Space To Defend Sands Flow

This paper is based on the item of "863" national plan------the research on the robotpaving straw in square space to defend sands flow.In this paper, the lengthways paving wheels of the machine paving straw in square space has been designed and tested, to make sure the superior design project, and to provide to valid scopes of pull and upright load that are leaded by the lengthways paving wheels, then the power matching between the lengthways paving department and the tractor is realized. The last, the problem of the lengthways straw breaking is analyzed and controlled in the process of paving wheels work.In the process of completing, the mechanism design requests are considered fully, some methods such as the computer assistant simulation design, finite element analysis and test verify are adopted. In the paper, on the base of strict theories analysis, the mathematics model of the paving wheels is built, by the methods of empirical formula, experiment, analogy etc. all of model parameters are confirmed reasonably, the SIMLINK simulation model is built, so the superior design project of paving department is made sure, the FEA is proceeded, the sample of paving wheels work experiments are designed scientifically and implemented carefully, the main target parameters and design project of paving wheels are made sure, moreover, the problem on the ratio of lengthways straw breaking is solved. Finally, the design task of the lengthways paving wheels is completed.The design project of the paving wheels affects directly on paving quality of lengthways straw and the work efficiency of the lengthways paving department, more important, that affect on the work capability of the whole machine. Furthermore, it provides reliable foundation of the theories and the tests. With each power parameter being made sure . it provides necessary reference and guarantee for the power matching on the tractor and on the lengthways control system. The test analysis of the ratio of straw breaking provides sufficiently guarantees for the paving quality of lengthways straw. Moreover, the mathematics model and simulation model of paving wheels being built has comprehensive theory meaning for the roll works in sandy environment, and it can be used for reference when other similar ones are designed.
