| The paper mainly studies the theory and procession of the design of the brushless DC motor with sensor base on a MCU application in the radar Servo control system .The core idea is constructing the system, at the same time introduce the application of the technology of MCU in the BLDCM control system .This BLDCM control system base on the MCU has such characteristics as suppleness low cost and good capability .It is adopted kinds of motor control system.The paper mainly discusses the characteristics of the modem AC control servo system and the characteristics of the MCU applications in it and parameters analyzing revise method .Base on this ,I proposal the design of the sensor control base on the ADuC812.According the design ,I make the hardwire circuit and system software and do some simulation. There are some discussion of the design of hardware and some main circuits and important component in the paper .And also the software first is discussed the main design and then particularly discussed the some aspect of the realization .Finally, I use the SIMULINK to simulate the whole system and discuss the problem in the debugging. The result is the system has good performance, achieves the exceptive goal.
