With the development of science and technology, natural gas, as a kind of clean energy source, will be utilized more broadly. According to the energy policy of our country in china, combined with the economic situation of China, we can anticipate that the burning gas boiler will have a great future in china in the 21st century.In elementary school, middle school, barbershop, school store, etc. Heat providing is not continuous after work in the northeast of china. So we designed this system in order to meet the demand.In this system, antifreeze is used as cycling medium, which can guarantee the system to work well even under 0℃.This heating system is designed specially to meet the thermal demand in places mentioned above. We specially design gas boiler burner, heat extractor and for this heating system. The Combustion is under negative pressure. The air needed is from outdoors. Because the flue-gas is expelled to outside, it has no influence on the air inside room.In order to guarantee system to operate securely and stably, we specially designed expand water tank, which can guarantee system to operate securely and stably. The relationships between the temperature and time, the gas consumption and the temperature are given after experiment, then curve fitting.To test whether the security, the reliability as well as the efficiency of this system can satisfy the designing expection or not, with this system a heating testwas preformed, It showed that the system can operate securely and stably under 0 ℃.In last, the average temperature of room in 14 hours was computed by the software of FLUENT after boiler stopped.
