| In this paper,the typical natural gas regional boiler room heating system is diagnosed,and the optimization method is proposed for the problem,mainly starting from the two directions of “what is the problem” and “how to solve the problem”.This paper summarizes the current status of district boiler heating by testing the actual operating data of several natural gas boilers,points out the energy saving potential of natural gas regional boilers,and provides a method for the optimal operation of natural gas boilers.Through the test of boiler combustion efficiency,the reasons for the lower boiler efficiency are analyzed.In order to reduce the concentration of pollutants in the boiler combustion process,it is not feasible to increase the excess air ratio of the boiler.At the same time,the exhaust temperature of the boiler is too high,resulting in the exhaustion of the flue gas of the boiler is not fully utilized.For boilers that have residual heat recovery,there is a problem that the recovery process is unreasonable during the recovery process,resulting in the waste heat recovery device not exerting its maximum recovery effect.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes an optimized natural gas waste heat recovery process to improve the overall efficiency of the boiler.Through the test of the pressure of each point of the heating network and the pump consumption,it is found that there is an unreasonable resistance loss during the heat transfer process.At the same time,the network operates in the mode of “large flow,small temperature difference”,and the efficiency of the pump is low.Based on the above,it is proposed to appropriately increase the water supply temperature and reduce the return water temperature to reduce the circulation flow to reduce the pump consumption.For pumps that cannot be operated in the high efficiency zone by adjustment,it is recommended to replace the pump to save the transportation consumption.Through the test of the supply and return water temperature of the secondary network of each thermal station,it is found that the primary network lack of effective initial adjustment,resulting in a horizontal imbalance.According to the historical operation data,the operation adjustment of the whole heating season was analyzed.It is found that the operation adjustment of the whole heating season has not yet reached the optimal,which led to the phenomenon of excessive heating in the beginning and end of heating season.A reasonable optimization adjustment method is proposed for the above problems,and the energy saving effect is analyzed. |
