Design Of Electrical System For Hot Water Boiler Using Electric Vacuum Heating Pipe

The problems with heat-supply system in villas (inland-type constructions) are far away from the downtown and hard to put the heating pipes in, etc so that one-home mode is needed. The present energy policy of our country for protecting environment provides opportunities for the electric boiler. However, the boiler which has been widely used has low efficiency, high electrical power and high price; furthermore, taking account of saving energy, remote control is definitely demanded at any time. In this case, this paper discusses the high efficiency electrical system for small-scale low-power home-use boiler, which is can be used in one machine for one home mode and can control the boiler at any time.The electrical system is one of the important constitute parts of the electric vacuum heating pipe hot water boiler. It mainly involves the electric vacuum heating pipe and the intelligence controller.The heat-conducting coefficient of the heat-conducting component of the electric vacuum is several thousand times of the red copper. Moreover, the medium inside the pipe has an evaporate start when heating in very lowly temperature. It has characteristics of high speed in transmitting heat, high heating efficiency, avoiding of environment pollution able and executed without voltage, etc.This paper designs the intelligence controller of the system makes use of public telephone network to deliver information, so the customers can communicate with the system through the voice instruction and operate the boiler at anytime and anywhere, including temperature control, temperature settling and modifying operation password and alarm telephone number. The controller takes the MGLS12864 as a display module, which can display temperatures, date, time, the alarm telephone number and the password of the controller. It can expand the function of controller so that the controller can work as the alarm equipment for guard against theft and fire prevention in villas (inland-type constructions). It also can automatically detect working status of the tube and switch heat-supply modes, etc. The intelligence controller solves automation control and realistic problem with the boiler in order to bring us a convenient life. The paper brings in the hardware design and software achievement to the intelligence controller of the hot water boiler based on AT89C51.
